How are Burnt + Ava products made?
Our Ava Mini Clutches are handmade in the USA by a family-owned company in our sweet home Chicago. The leathers and suedes have been carefully chosen for their high quality, unique finishes and enduring beauty. The hides are American and European origin, finished in Italy or custom-printed for us in New York. After the leathers are inspected, they are cut and sewn by hand with careful attention to every detail - like skiving the edges so the corners are just right. The poly lining and pocket are lightweight and strong to keep in your essentials. The magnetic snap is easy to open and close - you can even do it with one hand - and solid brass so it will last.
When will my products arrive?
We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS with tracking. In the Continental US orders should arrive in 3-5 business days.
Please contact us for shipping quotes to locations outside of the United States.
What if I need to return my products?
We hope you love all of your Burnt + Ava purchases, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out.
Burnt + Ava accessories products in new, unused condition and original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@burntandava.com for return authorization. After we have received the product and verified its condition, a refund will be processed or exchange product sent out. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges not covered by original purchase/promotions. All return shipments must be sent with tracking numbers. Burnt + Ava is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
For health and safety reasons, all mask sales are final.
