We ship USPS First Class with tracking. The rates below are for shipments within the Continental U.S. Please contact us for shipping rates and times outside of this area.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love all of your Burnt + Ava purchases but if you received your order and find it doesn’t meet your needs, please email us ASAP and we will send you instructions for returning or exchanging your purchased product.

All returns must be made within 10 days of delivery and sent using a trackable service. The returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and packaging.

A refund will be issued or new product exchange sent after we have received and reviewed your item and ensured it meets these conditions.
